James shares his story as a Trans man and how the leaders in his life either built him up or tore him down. He speaks about the way his own leadership has transformed since he come out as Transgender over 8 years ago.

His speech is not about just creating an inclusive space for Queer people, though that is a ripple effect, but when leaders learn how to see their employees as whole people, everyone benefits.
